France 1940 -

Scenarios
of this module cover Early Second World War in France and Belgium.
Material
provided with this module includes four A4 geomorphic maps, plus one
counters' sheet with
French
forces (infantry, motorized infantry, Senegalese infantry)
and
German forces
(infantry, motorized infantry, engineers), with relevant vehicles and
cannons.
Southern Fronts 1941-1943 -
Extension
This extension includes various
scenarios from
the Second World War Southern Fronts, in Creta, in Lybia and in
Italy. Most of them were published separetaly in Vae Victis, some are
available directly in EPT website. Scenarios are using counters
either from France 1940 or Normandy 1944. As of now, there are
Italian counters.
Guadalcanal 1942 -
Vae Victis 106
This module includes various
scenarios
covering amphibian operations and land fight at Guadalcanal, with a few
later scenarios (especially North Indochina in 1945).
Rules for amphibious landing are part of the module (with some foreseen
scenarios for Provence - South of France in 1944).
The module includes two A4 geomorphic maps, one A4 map splitted in two
half-map (one additional map is published in Vae Victis 107), plus one
counters sheet with
American
forces and
Japanese
forces.
Vehicles are mainly US landing craft engines, even if some tanks are
ealso included.
Pacifique Sud 1942-1943 -
Extension
This module is a DTP extension for
Guadalcanal.
The
scenarios
covers additional battles in Guadalcanal, the first fighting in
New-Guinea in 1942 and some later battles, such as the landing at
Tarawa in 1943).
The extension includes three overlays, and also a large number of
additional units: some
American forces
with a second Marines company, some
Japanese forces
with an assault batallion and some
Australian forces.
Flame-throwers are part of the additional units and rules, including
flame-throwers mounted on tanks.
Koursk 1943 -

Scenarios
from this module cover Second World War East Front. Most of scenarios
are related to summer 1943, but some scenarios with additional heavy
tanks took place in 1944 and 1945.
The module includes four A4 geomorphic maps, plus one counters sheet
with
Russian forces
(infantry and Guard units) and
German
forces (grenadiers, panzergrenadiers, engineers, SS
grenadiers), with relevant vehicles and cannons. Some
Romanian forces
are also available on EPT website.

Module
Normandy 1944
- Vae Victis 31,

This module, the second one published in EPT series, is unfortunately
out of stock.
At first, this module only covers Normandy campaign. But progressively,
scenarios
(still available for most of them) covering the whole Liberation
campaign in 1944 - 1945 were published in Vae Victis.
The module includes four A4 géomorphical maps, plus one counters sheet
with
American
forces,
British
forces, and
German
forces, some
French
forces being added later on.
Additional
scenarios
cover the Korean war, with dedicated counters for UN forces (
American forces
and
French
forces) and
Communist
forces (Chinese forces and North-Korean forces).

Module
Nordwind Operation
1945 -
Vae Victis 98
This extension covers fighting in Alsace in January 1945.
Module includes one A4 map, and one countersheet with a
US company
and a
Waffen SS
company, with a high number of vehicles.
These txo companies may replace (except for a few bazookas) the similar
company of VV31.
Airborne 1940-1944 - Extension
This extension for Normandy 1944 module covers Allied airborne assaults
in Normandy and in Provence in 1944 both by paratroopers and gliders,
and also the German ones in Crete (1941). It includes rules for
airborne assaults, and some specific plane and glider counters. Various
scenarios and campaigns were either published in Vae Victis, Battles
Magazine, or are available on EPT website. For more information, see

Indochina 1946-1954 - Vae Victis

This module is the first one published in EPT series. Its
scenarios
cover Indochina War, and especially French paratroopers and their
famous airborne operations (the serie's name "En pointe, toujours !" is
in fact the devise of the 1
st Choc battalion).
The module includes two A3 maps (which do not match with maps of the
other modules), and one counters sheet including
French forces
(elite and a few partisans) and
Viet-Minh forces
(regulars and local ones).
Vae Victis #16 being out of stock, a new edition of this module is
under preparation. Re-edition will include either existing maps or new
ones in A4 format, new counters and all scenarios already issued.
Scenarios and counters will be reviewed to match with current EPT
series standard. Additional scenarios will also be included.
North Africa 1955-1961 -
Extension
This module is a DTP extension for
African wars.
Its
scenarios
cover Suez crisis in 1956, Algeria war from 1955 to 1960 and Bizerte
crisis in 1961. French army is fighting against Egyptians, Fellaghas
and Tunisians. Some Britisch paratroopers are also involved at Suez.
This extension includes the re-printing of E map (VV40), one hard sheet
with some overlays and counters. Counters cover planes, vehicles and
support weapons for
French
forces, vehicles and support weapons for
Arab forces, and
at Suez a few planes for
British
forces.
A scenario involving Israelians against Egyptians was previously
published in VV40, using some specific counters for
Israelian forces
and
Egyptian forces,
plus some counters from VV31. VV31 being out of stock, the
corresponding vehicles counters are supplied in this extension.
African wars 1960-1980 -
Vae Victis 80
This module is the latest issue in EPT series. Its
scenarios
cover French wars in Africa in the 60' and 70'. It includes all recent
material, such as helicopters, AA and AT missiles, and medium range
rocket propellers.
The module includes four A4 geomorphic maps, and one counters sheet
including
French
forces (2
e REP and infantry),
Arab forces and
African
forces (regular and irregular ones in both cases), with
infantry, armored and non armored vehicles, cannons and air support
units. Depending on scenarios, French army is fighting either Arabs
units, either African units, sometime both, and sometime is supported
by some Africans units against Arab ones.
French armored fighting
1987-2008 -
Extension
This module is a DTP extension for
African wars.
Its
scenarios
cover French military operations in 90' and 00', mainly in Africa. But
it covers also Sarajevo, the Gulf War in 1991 and Afghanistan.
The extension includes two A4 geomorphic maps, one A4 overlays
sheet, and one addtionnel counters sheet covering
French forces,
Arabs
forces and
African
forces, mainly vehicles. A few counters for
Qatari forces
and
Serbian forces
are also included.
One "bonus" campaign with US special forces in Afghanistan is also
included, with some dedicated counters for
American forces and
Taliban forces.
This extension provides a full set of available EPT rules, to be able
to play all existing scenarios with the same set of rules.
